We hope your purchase brings you joy! Our return policies vary for in-store and online purchases, please review the policy that aligns with your purchase below.

Online Orders

Ylang 23 offers returns on all regular priced items within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. We will provide an insured, prepaid label for your return.

Exchanges cannot be made online. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item will need to be returned to Ylang 23 and a new order can be placed online.

In-store Orders

We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased in-store. If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we are happy to issue you a store credit within 7 days of your purchase to be redeemed at any point in time.

Return / Exchange Guidelines

Your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unaltered and in unworn condition.

How to make a return / exchange

Please follow the below instructions:

  • To initiate your return, start by sending an email to concierge@ylang23.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will email an insured, pre-paid shipping label to the e-mail address associated with your order.
  • Once the return label is generated, you have 5 days to have your package scanned at your local FedEx location.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If your item(s) meet your policy guidelines, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund in your account).

Ylang 23 reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return of any item if the item(s) do not meet our guidelines. Please note that special orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
