Return Policy

If you do decide to return, we strive to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. We will issue your refund within 5 business days* of receipt of your items in unworn condition. We offer a flexible return policy to make your experience shopping at easy but do flag customers who return repeatedly. Excessive returns could lead to the suspension of your account. Please note that special orders may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance. 

Online Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free domestic returns on regular-priced orders over $100 within seven days of receipt in original packaging and unworn condition. Please email for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Merchandise will be insured by Your refund will not include original shipping charges.

We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.

Exchanges cannot be made online. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item should be returned to Ylang 23 and a new order can be placed online.

In-Store Orders

We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased in-store. If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will issue you a store credit with no expiration date within 10 days of purchase.
