How do I check the status of my order? Plus Minus

We send the tracking number in a shipment confirmation email when your order is processed, and you can always call the store if you need additional information.

Do you accept international orders? Plus Minus

Yes! We work with GlobalShopEx to fulfill international orders. Shop Ylang23.com and simply follow the checkout process.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address? Plus Minus

Yes, but we may require further information or verification which is for your security. Additionally, please note that we require signature upon delivery to further protect your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus Minus

YLANG23.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, in addition to PayPal and Affirm Financing.

When placing orders for in-stock jewelry, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. For orders containing at least one special order item, your credit card will be charged the order total at the time of purchase. Please note that special order items are non-returnable.

Sales tax will be added to shipments made only within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options? Plus Minus

Yes, we have partnered with Affirm to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. Provide some basic information and get a real-time credit decision to split your purchase into monthly payments. Current rates are as low as 0% APR with loans of 3, 6, or 12 month terms (for those that qualify). Just select Affirm at checkout. If I order an item that is out of stock, when can I expect it? Plus Minus

We carry many items in stock, however, there are some collections which may be on re-order or need to be special ordered. Upon ordering, you will be charged the full amount. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and to be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please have patience, as your special order is being made especially for you and can generally take from two to 8 weeks. Naturally, special orders are final sales, and if you don't want to wait, you have the option to cancel within 24 hours.

Are any special modifications to your designs available (I need a longer length necklace; I cannot maneuver the clasp shown; the ring looks easily sizable and I need a slightly different size; etc.)? Plus Minus

Yes. Through Ylang 23, you will be able to make a special request in the form of a note when you order. After your order is relayed to us, we will contact you if there is a small additional charge or additional ship time associated with your request. If we are not able to fulfill your request, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used when placing your order.

What's the procedure for ordering custom pieces and special orders? Plus Minus

Ylang 23 specializes in unique and one-of-a-kind designer jewelry, and we're happy to special order pieces on your behalf.

Special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and, therefore, we will charge 100% of a special order's retail price up front.

All special orders are final sales and may not be refunded or exchanged.

Our knowledgeable staff is happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.

You have so much jewelry, I can't decide on a gift. Can I purchase a gift card instead? Plus Minus

DESIGNER JEWELRY REPAIRS

Help! I have a favorite piece of jewelry from your store that needs repair. What is your procedure? Plus Minus

First of all, don't get upset. Jewelry can break the first time you wear it, or after many years. We have been in business for more than 30 years and are known for our ability to service most of the pieces sent for repair (exceptions include jewelry which has been consumed by pets or garbage disposals, or with lost parts on discontinued items). We will work with our designers to get your piece repaired or replaced, or get it repaired by one of our local experts. We will let you know in advance any repair charges associated with it, in addition to the shipping charge to get it back to you. We're not perfect, but our 30+ year experience with handling jewelry which is in need of repair is one of the reasons that our customers keep coming back to shop with us. Don't forget to insure your jewelry when you send it, and let us know to expect it, either via a phone call or using our online form.
