General Terms and Conditions
Ylang 23 reserves the right to terminate or make changes to the rewards program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused, but accumulated points and/or rewards. Your account must be in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in the Y23 rewards program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Points cannot be applied to account for prior purchases. Please note that this program is only valid for orders placed on www.ylang23.com and does not apply to in store purchases. Points cannot be applied to items that are not currently available for purchase on the website. International orders are excluded from the Y23 Rewards Program at this time.
How do I participate?
Joining is easy! Just click the “Sign In” option on the upper left-hand side of the screen. Then click the tab labeled “New Shopper” and complete the form to create an account. You will be automatically opted into the Y23 Rewards Program. If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will begin earning points on your next purchase (just make sure you log into your account before completing your order). Please note that international orders are excluded from the Y23 Rewards Program at this time.
How can I earn points?
You will earn points for every dollar you spend on the website less any tax or shipping costs. For every dollar you spend, you will receive one point.
What can I redeem my points for?
For every 2,000 points earned, you will receive a $200 credit to be used on a future online order. Points cannot be applied to in store purchases or items that are not currently available for purchase on the website.
How do I redeem my points?
When your points are eligible to be converted to reward dollars, the option to use them will appear in checkout. Within the “Payment & Promotions” section in checkout, select a reward from the list of dropdown options under “Use My Y23 Rewards”. Once you select a reward and click "Apply Points", the applicable discount will be deducted from your order total.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your account by clicking the "Sign In" option on the upper left-hand side of the screen. Enter your email address and password and click Login. In the upper left-hand side of the screen, click your account name. Select "My Y23 Rewards" from the dropdown menu. Your point balance will appear there.
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
Your points will post to your account 30 days after a purchase is completed.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire 365 days after they are earned.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned when purchasing the item.
How many points am I allowed to redeem at once?
As many as you would like!
What if I'm missing credit for a purchase?
If you do not see your points appear in your account 30 business days after your original order was placed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my order total is less than my reward value?
If your reward value exceeds the order total, the remaining promotional balance will be lost. For example, if you use a $200 reward towards a merchandise total equal to $180, you will only be responsible for paying tax and shipping, if applicable. The remaining $20 is not eligible for use on a future purchase.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
Points and reward dollars are non-transferable and can only be used by the owner of the account.
