All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

We ship FedEx insured, and offer three shipping options within the continental United States:

  • Standard/Ground (5-7 day delivery)
  • Second-Day Air - Free with orders $150+
  • Overnight Next-Day Air (does not include Saturday delivery)

Holiday Return Policy:
Gifts purchased on the website between November 22, 2018 and December 24, 2018 can be returned for a full refund until January 4, 2019. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns on regular-priced orders over $100 within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please call us toll free at 1-866-952-6423 or email concierge@ylang23.com for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. Merchandise will be insured to YLANG23.com. Credit will not include original shipping charges.

Special orders may not be canceled or returned. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be issued at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item should be returned to Ylang 23 and a new order can be placed on the website.

Ylang 23 specializes in unique and one-of-a-kind designer jewelry, and we’re happy to special order pieces on your behalf.

Special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and, therefore, must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

All special orders are final sale and may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Our knowledgeable staff is happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.
