Mudra Pendant in Bronze on Silk Cord
#CM 14063category charms
From West Coast designer Catherine Michiels, the Mudra is the sacred gesture of the hand in Sanskrit. The Buddhist symbol Vitarka-Mudra is a gesture of teaching and meditation. The thumb joins the forefinger in a circle to keep the energy flowing and represents the "wheel" (chakra in Sanskrit).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOR OF SILK SHOWN IS NOT THE COLOR THAT IS GUARANTEED TO COME WITH THE PENDANT BUT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO SEND THE CLOSEST COLOR.
Resting in its palm is a protective eye set with a diamond center on washed silk. Hand measures 5/16" and is set in bronze.
Catherine Michiels spent her youth traveling in Paris, London, the South of France and Tuscany, filling her mind with creative ideas which she would someday turn into jewelry. She has worked for Marie Claire and Elle, and after landing in Los Angeles, created her line which is inspired by Love, Truth and Freedom. Each piece is handmade in Los Angeles.
