A New Yorker to the core, Janis Savitt designed for Cartier and Van Cleef at a young age and founded M & J Savitt with her sisters. Janis later branched off to launch her own independent jewelry collection, full of bold statements and pops of color. Her style is classic with unusual details.

Both attuned to fashion trends and creating some of her own, Janis' jewelry has been used in runway shows, including Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors, and featured in major fashion magazines. Inspired by her own upbringing where her parents immersed her in culture and fine arts, she has won many design awards and the adoration of celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson, and Jennifer Aniston, among others. We have known Janis for two decades and are delighted to have her creations back in our store.
