Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Special orders will be charged 1/2 non-refundable deposit at the time the special order to the designer is confirmed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

On the back of your card: Three-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel immediately following your account number.

American Express
On the front of your card: Four-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number.

Special Orders

When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and therefore, may take longer (or with luck, could be in stock). Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed). Special orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of being placed.

Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.

Orders Not Fulfilled

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.

Returns and Exchanges

Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to Ylang23.com. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of final sale during holiday periods.

Shipping

We ship FedEx insured and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to ship to cards’ billing addresses only. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day.
