YLANG23.com accepts the following for Internet purchases:

Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Special orders will be charged 1/2 non-refundable deposit at the time the special order to the designer is confirmed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.
Credit Card Security Code
Even though we do not store credit card numbers on our site, to further protect your security, we request that after you place your order, you phone in or email your credit card security code. Your order processing will not be complete without this information, which will not be kept after running your charge card.
Here's where you'll find the requested credit card security codes:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diner's Club
On the back of your card: Three-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel immediately following your account number.
American Express
On the front of your card: Four-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number.
Special Orders
When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and therefore, may take longer (or with luck, could be in stock). Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed). Special orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.
Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.
Orders Not Fulfilled
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
Returns and Exchanges
Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to Ylang23.com. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of final sale during holiday periods.
Shipping
We ship UPS insured and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to ship to cards’ billing addresses only. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day.

International Orders
In addition to processing orders through Ylang 23 with credit cards or Paypal, we process international orders through a third party partner www.InternationalCheckout.com. Through International Checkout, your transaction will be filled by International Checkout and you will be billed by them. All International inquiries and customer support are handled by International Checkout.

When your card is charged and your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirming the ship date and providing the UPS or Fedex tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until UPS picks it up and scans it into their system.
We ship to many, but not all foreign countries, using Expedited UPS or Fedex. If we do not ship to your country, you will be notified that you should place your order through International Checkout, which ships worldwide. You will be quoted a price for expedited service, which will depend on the country of destination. You are the importer of record, and agree to comply with all laws and regulations in effect in the country where the shipment is received.
Please know that we immediately destroy all credit card information, received either by mail or fax, for security reasons. We will hold shipping on your order with multiple items until all pieces are available. All shipments require a signature.
